I couldn't ask for a better stay at this hotel! The rooms on the highest floor were incredibly comfortable, and the Holiday suite we got was simply superb—all that at around 40 USD, which felt like a steal given how impeccably clean everything was. The service was exceptional, with staff always helpful, smiling, and even helping us book tours to Halong Bay as if they were our new best friends. The location is spot on, located in a vibrant alley near the cathedral and right in the heart of the old quarter. The dining options, while mildly lacking in variety, were satisfactory, especially with the convenient option for takeaway before my early flight. Overall, a remarkable value for what we received in central Hanoi.
